  • Client/Company: Refers to the organization engaging More Jobs Consultancy for hiring services.
     
  • Candidate: A job seeker recommended or referred to the Client by More Jobs Consultancy.
     
  • Selection: When a candidate referred by t

 

1. Definitions

  • Consultant/Agency: Refers to More Jobs Consultancy, providing recruitment and placement services.
     
  • Client/Company: Refers to the organization engaging More Jobs Consultancy for hiring services.
     
  • Candidate: A job seeker recommended or referred to the Client by More Jobs Consultancy.
     
  • Selection: When a candidate referred by the agency is offered employment or a contract by the client.
     

2. Scope of Services

  • The consultant agrees to provide recruitment services, including sourcing, shortlisting, screening, and referring candidates as per the job descriptions provided by the client.
     
  • The consultant may assist in bulk hiring, individual hiring, campus hiring, or walk-in drives, depending on the client’s needs.
     
  • The consultant is not responsible for background verification or document validation unless specifically requested and agreed upon in writing.
     

3. Client Responsibilities

  • The client shall provide detailed job descriptions, selection criteria, compensation details, and other relevant information to enable effective candidate sourcing.
     
  • Interview schedules and feedback must be shared promptly to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
     
  • The client agrees not to approach or hire any candidate referred by the consultant through alternate channels for up to 6 months from the date of first introduction.
     

4. Fee Structure

  • The consultant’s service charges will be discussed and mutually agreed upon prior to the start of any assignment.
     
  • Typically, charges may be:
     
    • Per Successful Candidate: A fixed fee per joining.
       
    • Percentage of Annual CTC: [e.g., 8.33% to 12%] of the candidate’s annual gross salary.
       
    • Bulk Hiring Model: Fixed monthly/quarterly charges for high-volume hiring.
       

(All fees are subject to GST and applicable taxes.)
 

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due within 15 to 30 days from the date of invoice.
     
  • Invoices are raised:
     
    • On candidate joining date, or
       
    • After completion of a mutually agreed period (e.g., 15–30 days of joining)
       
  • Delayed payments beyond the due date will attract a late fee of 2% per month.
     

6. Replacement Policy

  • In case the candidate resigns or is terminated within [30 days] of joining, the consultant will provide one free replacement within a reasonable time frame.
     
  • If no suitable replacement is found, the paid service fee may be adjusted in future hiring (at the sole discretion of More Jobs Consultancy).
     
  • No replacement or refund is applicable if:
     
    • The role or job conditions are changed.
       
    • The candidate is terminated due to company downsizing, policy violations, or process closure.
       

7. Confidentiality

  • All candidate information and client requirements shared between both parties will remain strictly confidential.
     
  • Both parties agree not to disclose any proprietary or personal information to third parties without written consent.
     

8. Validity and Exclusivity

  • These terms remain in effect until either party terminates the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
     
  • Exclusive hiring rights can be granted for specific roles upon mutual agreement.
     

9. Liability

  • More Jobs Consultancy will make every reasonable effort to identify suitable candidates but does not guarantee the performance, conduct, or long-term retention of any candidate.
     
  • The final hiring decision rests solely with the client.
     

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice.
     
  • In case of breach of terms, misconduct, or non-payment, the consultant reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately.
     

11. Jurisdiction
